Setup problem in Interface Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.2 : HCI - SMA(Solman 7.2)

Hello All,

I would like to Monitor the status (up / down, error, running, stop) of the HCI in Solution Manager and the individual scenarios in SolMan.In Managed System, I have added HCI System in Solman. Further, I have configured Interface Monitoring in Solman Setup. I tested some Testflow (Figure 7.0) in HCI Cloud to check if I get any alert or information in ICMon work center but it shows no data (Fig 5 &6).Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Figure 1.0 shows ERP, SMA and HCI System used in Interface Monitoring in SOLMAN_SETUP.

In Figure 2.0, I have configured interface channel between DEA (source system) and HCI (Target System).Can anyone tell me if it is properly configured?Does anyone know which parameter should one enter in Interface name and IFlow id field?

    Hello Mr Gajjar,

    I have looked up this issue and found the according article:

    According to this article there are additional steps required from the SAAS admin. I couldn't find those in your description above. Have you applied these steps? In case they were missing please apply them accordingly and check if they fixed your issue.
