Hi

Also check no of copies on Administration>Setup>General>Users>Defaults>Print tab. If the user default here is set to print one copy, it might be your problem.

I have done what you say, but the SAP B1 just print one copy.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work, I still have the same problem.

There is other way to solve it??

Thanks

Check the Settings of your document in Print Layout Designer under "Paper Format" - Tab in <i>Print Layout Designer -> Display Document Properties</i>.

Hi.

I think the issue of SAP BO2007 only printing one copy has been resolve in Patch Level 15 that has just been released.

At least, it's worth checking out.

The problem is I can print more than one copy in other programs, like word or excel, but in SAP BO2007 with VISTA, when I send a document to printer and want to print more than one copy he just give me a copy.

I want to know if is a driver problem (conflict between SAP and Printer) or some configuration problem.

Thanks

Are you talking about the number of copies setting in Print Preferences > Per document
