Snapshot Versions - Notes - cProjects

Our user plans on using snapshot versions weekly to track changes to their project. They want to see the notes captured in the snapshots. We just realized that the notes are not being saved in the snapshots.

Is this a bug? Is there a way to have the notes captured in the snapshots?
