Failure - Unable to load groups on Fiori Launchpad after Upgrade

Hello Experts,

We have upgraded our Fiori Front End Server from 1.28 to FES2.0. After upgrade, after login into Fiori Launchpad we are getting a blank screen with Message "Failure - Unable to load groups". I have gone through different post available on SCN, but my issue is not resolved.

We have also activated, run these services once each so that hash value is generated for each one of them and checked the system alias for the below mentioned services.

• 1./UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CONF

• 2./UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST

• 3./UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS

• 4./UI2/TRANSPORT

• 5./UI2/INTEROP

Also we have added different roles to the user as suggested in different posts, yet we are getting the same error.

Clear metadata cache

• Transaction: /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP on Gateway
• Transaction: /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on Backend and Gateway
• 2017117 – Resetting the gateway metadata cache following UI add-on upgrade
