Archived PO details

Hi experts,

How can we retrieve archived PO details?Tried txn SARI but few details are missing.Can we get it via any table?Details required: 1. PO number a 2. PO line item a 3. Description Of Material 4. Vendor Number a 5. Vendor Name 6.Requisitioner 7.G/L Account 8.Cost Center 9. Order 10. Profit Center 11. Header Text 12. Item Text 13. Delivery Text.

The important data needed are;1. PO number a 2. PO line item a 3. Description Of Material 4. Vendor Number a 5. Vendor Name

    Archived documents are not longer table kept in tables, the data is stored in objects in the file system or in a content server.

    Via archive info structures you can build an index with the most important information, this index is then again stored in a table and occupies space which just got freed up with archiving. The more fields you pack into the index the less is the gain of space with data archiving and reduces its success.

    If you need to read old archived data and when SARI customizing is either not sufficient or not wanted, then you would need to create an ABAP report that calls function modules to read the data from the archive.
