RSWUWFML2 - which workitems

Hi everyone,

We configured report RSWUWFML2 to send a mail once a day saying that there workitems in the inbox.

Problem now is that not everyone who has workitems to handle receives the mail.

So I was wondering on which parameters is decided who will receive the mail ?
