Deletion of Bonus buys

Hi All,

I have followed the instructions as per help.sap.com for the deletion of bonus buys but for some reason no idoc is generated? The steps i followed were as folows:

I created a bonus buy condition and it initialised the BBUY_USED table with a new entry. I then ran VBK6 to delete the bonus buy which set the deletion flag to 'X' in BBUY_USED table and also ran BBUY_POS_DELETE in the one step. I then ran WPMA, selected the bonus buy checkbox, populated bonus buy number and selected the 'Delete selected data'.

Any ideas where i went wrong? Look forward to your responses.

    Hi James,

    Please cross check whether you have entered the correct sales organisation and distribution channel in the initial screen of WPMA along with the bonus buy number.

    Also dont forget to give the date valid from and date valid to in the outbound section of WPMA.

    I think once you do this this should trigger a WPDBBY idoc for the relevant Bonus Buy with the correct updates.

      Thanks for the replies, but still no luck. When i run BBY_POS_DELETE it states that deletion records have been sent but no idocs were generated/sent and it does not clear out entries in table BBY_USED as stated in help.sap.com. When i run WPMA with "Delete selected data" checked and BB specified it still does not generate a delete idoc.

    Hi James,

    Try to change the validity of the bones buys and then try to create idoc . U cannot delete the boney buys but u can change there validity date keep it for next day .

    I am sure this will work
