Hi Community,
My users ask me whether they can get the same list of all possible Categories in the add-in on Outlook when they create a new Visit.
Categories like:Customer Visit, Coaching, Acquisition, Administration Etc.
Now they can only choose: Visit while cretaing a new appointment in Outlook.
I have to ask because I couldn't find this question here.

Pre-defining the category of an appointment during synchronization is not possible. Hence, by default the value Customer Visits appears.
Resolution :
The value of Category field in the SAP Cloud for Customer system can be manually changed by editing the synched appointment.
You can navigate to the synched appointment directly from the Outlook Add-in from the Activities section.

Hi, does anyone know if this is now possible in Sales Cloud...either via Client or Server integration via Outlook Add-In? I have checked for any related Customer Influence requests but can't seem to find one. TIA.
If not, I will submit a new request and hope SAP will consider this improvement.
