Prevent #TOREFRESH when drilling on a database-delegated measure

I have two charts that display the `distinct count of patients`, one by year -> month ->day and one by location -> department (the -> denotes the aggregate navigation).

The `distinct count of patients` measure is defined as COUNT(DISTINCT PATIENT.ID) and its aggregate projection is Database Delegated.

When I navigate from year to month (or location to department), the chart displays a warning symbol (yellow triangle w/ exclamation mark) with the message "need refresh - error in database values: #TOREFRESH refresh your query to display the data".

Presumably, this is because it needs to recalculate the distinct count of patients for each month.

Is there a way to force webi to per-calculate all of the totals for the navigation paths defined in the scope of analysis?
