Access to SAP Support Notes for non SAP user of SAP MaxDB

Hi together

we are using SAP MaxDB in a non SAP environment and using the SAP Forum around the MaxDB. Often there could be answers to our question in the SAP Support Notes, but we have no access on the support notes.

Long time ago I had an S-User for these area due to a SAP implementation project, but this user is no valid any more.

How can I get access to the SAP support notes regarding the SAP MaxDB?

    Hi Hannes,

    A valid s-user is mandatory for accessing official sap note. The maxdb is licensed? If so, there could be a valid s-user, you may check with your customer who owns this maxdb.

    Hi James,

    we use the maxdb for our own software development and have an official MaxDB Enterprise Edition license from Infolytics AG, Köln (www.infolytics.com). Wo we "own" the maxdb, means we official have licensed it. My old s-user is S0003849982.

    Perhaps you can give me a hint, if and how we can get an s-user.
