Error in BPC : Unhandled Error (HTTP Status:500): unmarshal.invalid.xml

Hi Vadim,

I am getting below error in our Quality environment

Error : Unhandled Error (HTTP Status:500): unmarshal.invalid.xml

BPC version used : 10.0. Attached is BPC and BW version details.

When i am accessing dimension master , user, team it is not showing anything but showing this error at the top. Can you please advise what went wrong here.

Bpc SP is absolutely old. Upgrade required.

Yes you are correct. But production system is working fine for now and even no issue with development system. And when i access any dimension master or user , data access profile or team then it is not showing anything over screen. Only showing processing icon but getting this error at the top of screen. So for now do we have any solution to avoid this error?
