Hi Janhavi
Maintain the absence quotas in a sequential order in which they need to be deducted in the table V_556R_B (deduction rule), in the field absence quota type.
Ex: CL - Casual leave
EL - Earned leave
SL - Sick leave (Unpaid).
In this above example the absence will be first deducted from the quota of Casual leave and when this quota expires it will go to Earned leave and vice versa.

Hi All,
This is with reference to Jahnavi Query that u have created CL,SL,ML UNPL, but one thing i want to calrify that, for the absence ur absence type should be one and the same,
for example:
1) CL u can take min 1 and max 3
2) SL u can take min 1 and max upto ur entitlement, bcoz can u pridict that when
u will get sick and when u get well.
3) and ML is a statutory issue and it will be calculated based upon the labour laws,
4) and for Unpaid leave u cannot give the entiltement.
so keeping in view of the above conditions, one absence type should have only one absence qouts.
This is my Opinion
These are all the u have to face during configuring the above absences.
