Hi All
When I create a GUI status in CIC and assign it to the IC profile nothing is happening in IC window.
i.e. I have assigned PFS101 to my profile and when I call the tran CIC0, I am unable to see the telephony menu..
Any inputs will be appreciate and rewarded.

Hello Jessy,
In the standard system, when you start your CIC, the framework is
taken from the highest org-unit and the components are taken from the
lowest level.
If you use more then one level of org-unit, please make sure that they
use the same framework this might also be a possibility of your and to prevent the mentioned problems.

What telephony menu are you looking for?
Have you assigned the CTI to the slots available in Winclient profile?

Hi Jessy
You can assign one toolbar profile to your Winclient profile.
In the toolbar profile assign the status that you want using the path
IMG>CRM> IC Winclient> Definition of framework> Toolbars.
Then assign this toolbar profile to your winclient profile.
