CRM 0SVY_DATA_1 does not pass text fields

Hi,

We are using CRM 5.0 and BW 3.5. In CRM we have activated the Survey functionality and want to report in BW.

Extractor 0SVY_DATA_1 delivers the survey data to BW, but does only partially transfer the answer with key figure type ANSF.

The text fields that are filled the end user do not get transferred to BW, not in full load mode, nor in delta. Does anyone encounter the same problem when attempting to load the survey text fields to BW?

I have found note 1045290 that refers to a modification that should be applied to the extraction FM's. Has anyone got any idea what coding has to be added to the function modules?
