We have checked SNUM, SNRO, VN01 in all the codes number range is maintained, but still the error occurs.Please give your valuable suggestions

You did not post screenshots to help forum members figure out what document you are creating - order, billing, delivery.
You did not even post the exact error text, ID and number, which makes the task even harder.
