Hi All,
thanks a lot for your replies,My query is still not resolved.Where I am stuck up is
In the candidate selection screen when we do the assignment the following screen appears.,on the following screen we maintain the candidate statusit has got four drop down values in process, rejected , withdrawn, to be hired .We need to know where is this status is being stored i.e in which field of which infotype ,we could not trace it in HRP5102 and HRP 5139 :
Thanks and best regards

Your problem is that you are not sure which object you want to trace its status. You have to follow from when a candidate is created, when an application is done, when a candidacy is created etc The most probable object you are viewing is not the candidate object but the candidacy. The status of a candidacy is in 5133:RCF_CANDIDACY_STATUS or 5132:RCF_APPLICATION_STATUS.
Hi,
domain RCF_CANDIDACY_STATUS has the five fixed value range of candidates's status

Hi,
the candidate status is stored in Infotype 5102. The candidate status declares if a candidate released his profile for pool search or not. A bit strange is that there are 3 values for the status - one for not released, and 2 different values for released - let's just say this is e-recruiting history.
Applications and assingments to requisitions (akaCandidacies) have their own independent status. Stored in their infotypes 5132 (Application) 5133 (Candidacy).
All status are domain value lists - so they cannot be customized.
Hope that answers the question.

The status of all objects is saved in the Object Information database i.e. P5102 for Candidate.
