SAP LT CFIN not working with error FINS_CFIN_AC_CFG

Dear experts,

We are getting the error message in screenshot below in the SAP SLT, when trying to replicate data (scenario Central Finance (Data-based Replication)), table CFIN_ACCHD and between SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA:

We are trying to replicate data between:

• Source: SAP ECC 6 (with DMIS 2011_1_731 0010 SAPK-11610INDMIS DMIS 2011_1)
• SAP S4HANA 1610 FPS2 (with S4CORE 101 0002 SAPK-10102INS4CORE)
• Standalone SAP SLT (DMIS 2011_1_731 0013 SAPK-11613INDMIS DMIS 2011_1).

After debugging the FINS_CFIN_AC_DOC_GENERATE_BULK FM in the target system, it seems that the program is not recognizing the AIF as activated and it is trying to use the ECS as error framework causing the FINS_CFIN_AC_CFG error in the CL_FINS_CFIN_AC_DOC_POST- CONSTRUCTOR.

Does anyone has faced this error before or has any idea what it is the issue?

Hi Kris,

Thank you for your reply.

We solved the issue by removing the existing configuration in the "Define Interface Determination for XML Interfaces" (tcode /AIF/CUST >> System Configuration >> Interface Configuration).

The record created there was incomplete and because of that the Function Module FINS_CFIN_AC_DOC_GENERATE_BULK was raising an error and this error was captured as a FINS_CFIN_AC_CFG inside the CL_FINS_CFIN_AC_DOC_POST- CONSTRUCTOR.
