return order - item PO field grey out

in return order, your reference field in PO item field had grey, cannot input anything, how can i change it editable. thanks

I using VA01 to create return order without copy with reference any SO, however, the field still grey out, cannot editable. But it is find if I create normal SO. pls advice

Hi Jojo,

Header fields could be deactivated only by deactivating at the sale order creation or at the user exit. Please check these two.

Hi

Normally this field is not grayed out. Check field varient with help of SHDO. In order to copy PO number from order to return order you will have not create copy control routine with help of T code VOFM. Standard routine is 101. Copy and modify routine according you need and assing the new routine in copy controls between OR to RE.
