>>>SXMB_IFR not working. What to do? What i have to inform them? Pls help me. Save me My Life. Pls give me Suggestions what to do.
If SXMB_IFR is not working, you dont need to be panic... Use direct URL in the browser and continue your work.
example: http://hostname:J2eeport/rep/start/index.jsp
j2eeport: 50000 where 00 is instance number
Talk to Basis and fix this issue.
For sending file to sap system, you might need to design scenario such as
file to proxy or file to idoc or so..
SDN has tons of documents. Elaborate your requirement. Here plenty of experienced folks are available to provide proper direction.

You should ask the basis guys for authorisations to be given to you for using SXMB_IFR.And secondly check whether Java WebStart has been installed properly.

Make sure that java is installed on your machine.
Open the Internet Explorer and try with this:
http://<<b>server name or ip address</b>>:<<b>port no e.g. 50000</b>>/rep/start/index.jsp
Aslo refer this thread.
