Is there anywhere you can place a URL in standard text and then navigate to an URL from Standard Text?

Hi Stuart

Please check the example from "Services for Object" ...

For example in transactions like FB03 a small icon is present on the toolbar...

You have options like Create, attachment list, private note etc.. One option is creation of URL You migth get some ideas here.

It uses FM like BINARY_RELATION_CREATE (relation type as URL)

I know this is not a solution ... still hoping it helps..

Hi,

you can keep URL in standard text, but you can not navigate using that URL from there.

Found this details from one of the thread in SDN, check it may help you

1. Create a new text element.

2. Type the text for which you wish to give hyperlink..say

www.google.com.

3. Now on the right corner on the you will be able to see a tab...Insert

url...Select the text i.e . www.google.com and click on the Insert url. tab....

4.You cannot navigate to the Url...this feature in not available in

smartforms...but is poss in adobe forms..
