BRF+ Print documents

Hi all,

Since the output management via BRF+ replaced NACE on S4hana, how can we reprint a document? And in which table is registered the reprint? This is particularly important for our Adobe Form, that must contain a reference if the billing document is reprinted.

Thanks in advance

JF

Hi,

you need to maintain the option in transaction OPD. MAybe you can share your current settings here, to get a better clue what's missing.

Hi Christian,

Thanks for the link, i'm sure it will be valuable to me in the future. But, for the time being, i need to understand how a reprint is stored, in order to, when printing a form, it is identified that it is a copy.

Hi,

sorry I cannot help you on that one with respect to BRFplus. Would guess that a printing expert has to take a look into that (so hopefully the second tag on that question does its job) .

Best regards,

Christian

Hi Christian,

Here you can find the way they store that:

SPRO -> Cross Application Components -> Document Management -> General Data -> Settings for Storage Systems -> Maintain storage category

*That is about another obligatory SAP Note that needs to be implemented to store the PDFs.

Check the note, and implement it!

Description: ''Storage System and Category''

Thank you,
