SAP C4C - business role report to show assigned users

Hi All,

In Sap C4C, is there any report which can show the listed assigned users of any given Business Role ?

I have checked the report All business roles, however this one only shows WC access assigned to the role.

We don't see an Standard report as such , nevertheless , you can try creating your own customized report using the data sources below which might be of help.

User - Current Status Details (CCAB01)
User - Access Rights Change Documents (CCAB03)
User - Activation Change Documents (CCAB02)

Hi Prasanth,

I've tried these source data but it's not relevant because you can't join them with correctly with All Business Roles data source.

By correctly I mean, the business role identifier is missing on these data sources.

Do you have any other option?

Hi,

to get an overview of all users and their business role assignment, you can simply use the Data Workbench.

The Data Workbench provides standard object 'Business User -> 'Business User Business Role Assignment'.

Hi,

You can check standard report CCAB01_Q002(All Current Access Rights) which can be used to fetch roles assigned to given user when filter "Role Type" is passed as 5.
