Lead is not getting generated from YMKT On premise to HCPIS(HCI)

Hi Experts,

We have configured ymkt on prem system and ran all the scenarios.We are trying to setup Lead generation from the campaign in the c4c.After running successfully the campaign the automatic action of lead generation is not getting triggered from ymkt.we could not found anything in HCI message monitoring and in ymkt srt_moni also.

Please suggest .

Hi All,

Adding to previous question,if i am going to contact facet i can see the leads those are generated but going to srt_moni and HCI ,there is blank there.

Please provide suggestions.

Hi Rashmi,

We faced similar issue for our client. We found that SRT runtime was not setup so our basis team helped to setup SRT Runtime in golden client (000) and setup the same in other clients (e.g. 100). Please let us know if this help to fix the issue
