Dynamic Survey - calculating entered values/ alternative rating

Hello,

is there a possibility via pai/ pbo to directly process values entered by the user? Scenario may be the following:

User enters value "3" for question A and value "4" for question B. I would like to use these values to do calculations like 3x4=12 and store this in the survey itself (hidden fields).

Doing this would allow to get an alternative and more flexible rating for use in e.g. campaign automation in case I can access the calculated values. Should be performed directly in the survey itself and within CRM, meaning no extraction to BI.
