Instance Operation Failed: Action Suspend did not complete in 1200 seconds.

Hi I am facing problem with instance of SAP Netweaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.5 SP01 on SAP HANA SP10 (Developer Edition).

I cant suspend the instance now, after cca 1hour of "suspending" there is a red exclamation mark and message "Action Suspend did not complete in 1200 seconds".

Also even though it still shows green status Active, I cant connect to it anymore as well. When connecting through RDP I get message that I cant connect because Remote access to the server is not enabled OR remote computer is turned off OR remote computer is not available on the network. Any suggestions how proceed please? Thank you, Ivo

    The SAP CAL engineers are working on the problem with increased rate of timeout errors. See also

    Hi same problem with a "SAP BW/4HANA 1.0 SP03 including BW/4 Content SP01" instance. When I check the instances in aws both systems where stopped. I restarted them manually (from aws console) but when they are up I can't connect.
    I tried again to stopped them from cal but always unsuccessfully, then tried to terminate the instances... same result on cal console but really terminated on aws console.
    Now I would like to recreate a new instance but until it's not shown as termined on cal console I can't do it.
    Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you. Marc
