Power Designer: Apply format to all Traceability Links of the same type

I have created a few custom types of Traceability links while designing a visualization of a database schema in PowerDesigner, but it is difficult to distinguish them visually as they all use the same generic format for Traceability links. I tried researching how to format a distinct design for links of each type, but was unable to locate the relevant section in the documentation.

How can I apply a unique (ideally custom-designed by me) format to every different type of link? I would really appreciate help or links to the specific documentation that walks me through that (as opposed to links to the general Traceability link section, etc).

You can define a custom symbol for each link type, assuming you're using the standard link types in PD. you'll need a model extension, in which you create stereotypes of "Dependency Link" (the old name for Traceability Links); for each stereotype, define a custom symbol.

On the Help menu, select Customising and extending PowerDesigner, which opens a PDF document. Find section 2.8 and those around it.
