HR Controlling Area Problem

Hello friends.

I created controlling area with validity period from 2007 to 9999.

When the HR consultants enter the date of joining of emploees i.e. prior to 2007 like 1.1.2002, in the personnel administration, the system is throwing an error that the controlling area parameters are not allowing to enter the same.

Please clarify at the earliest and bag the award of marks.
