R3AD_SALESDO* is suddenly stopped

Hi Guys!

I would like to seek an assistance regarding on our issues.

Our monitoring team identified that there are no inbound queues in CRM from ECP, per checking the R3AD_SALESDO* queue is stopped reason why the issue is encountered.

Question: Is there any log to identify the trigger why that queue is stopped?
