capture date & time in mails - recruitment

Hi

As per business requirement, a mail should get triggered to the applicant for pre employment medical check up. I am able to send the mail(using M0001 feature) but cannot caputre the date and time in the text of the mail. An applicant action for medical test has been created. I have tried capturing date & time both at run time and save the details in database before running the action.

I have tried the following three optins

1) Using PACTV feature a small screen pops up in which date and time can be updated.

2) A planned activity is created in which date and time are stored.

3) IT 28 -Internal Medical services

The text of the mail does read the date or/& time from any of the above.

the relevant tables are PC3AC, PAPFI, PAPPL, P0028

however system date and begda of IT are getting read.

please help me to read values from the relevant tables. I am using DDIC fields. text id is PAMA (t code So10)
