75 Print job Limit Exceeds

Hi,

I have question regarding printjob limit of runtime for .Net 4.0. The version of Crystal Reports is 13.0.2000.

The problem we are facing is Print Job Limit error. due to extensive number of reports generated on daily basis.

Even settings are updated to -1 in register but this is of no use.

Kindly suggest , how to handle such scnerio.

Upgrade to CR Server where you can either use up to 4 RAS Services to process reports or for more then the Full BOE Server and can span multiple RAS Servers to multiple PC's or you can use the Job Server to process reports.

All depends on what you are doing at runtime.

Thankyou for your reply.Please confirm one thing that our application is used by multiple users at a time, so the license required is for single named user? or any other type.Because we can't fix the numbers of users to access our application and restrict them.

Correct, one user, but you can use multiple users but the licensing model in CR for VS it does not matter, it's the number of jobs being submitted is the limitation.

You are going to have to change the number and build in Queuing. It's the nature of CR for VS, it just is not capable of managing that many reports at one time. That is what CRSE or CRS or the full BOE Servers are for.
