SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2 MIGRATION OF SERVICE DESK TICKETS

Hi experts,

I installed SOLMAN 7.2 and I would like to know if it's possible to migrate service desk tickets (internal cases) from SOLMAN 7.1 to this new system.

    Hello Jorge,

    An other option could be to configure the SolMan to SolMan Interface via both Systems and then send the tickets to the SolMan 7.2 System.

      Just go through the steps in SPRO

      Ssolman IMG -> Solution Manager -> Capabilites -> IT Service Management -> External Service Desk ->External Integration.

      Here you find all related information. The activation must be done in both systems. Mapping only in one, then for both, inbound and outbound.
