0PUR_C01 Update Rules Issue

Former Member

Hey Gurus,

We recently used BDLS to change our source system and after this point nothing loads past the Update rules into the cube (0PUR_C01). We looked into the Update rules to see if there was a specific routine that was stopping the update but the values in the routine default to zero which allows for update. I was wondering if anyone could give some other possible suggestions on why this could be happening? Or if there is a setting that is being overlooked?

Thanks!

I just want to get n understanding of your problem.

Are you getting data from the source system ? Is it available in the PSA but not getting updated to the data targets?

You are using BW 3.5 ?

Yes, data is in the PSA and it goes through the transfer rules just fine but at update rules it shows that nothing is accepted for some reason.

We are on 7.0 but installed the content as-is which comes in the 3.5 style.

Thanks

So does RSMO Processing node imply that all records are getting truncated in UR ?

Debug UR...

Yes RSMO is showing that records are not being uploaded at UR. How do I properly debug the UR?

I guess since you have are getting data in PSA you must have redone the setup tables in the new source system after doing BDLS?

If you have not done any changes to the business content try reactivating it for the new source system.

Yes, I did redo the setup tables in the new source system. We did make some minor changes to the business content and created a couple queries before we switched to the new source system.

Thanks

It is due to the Routines then - as I see there are many routines in UR for 0PUR_C01 for both Item & Schedule level...check the routines and try to understand the logic.

What should I be looking at in specific?
