mandatory fields req. to create the PO in ECC6.0?

Take a look at transaction BAPI and look for the Purchase Order Create entry - this will give you some documentation on the basic required data to create a PO.

As has already been said, this is actually dependant on the configuration of the system yuo are worknig on - yuo will need to speak to a functional consultant who can tell yuo exactly what is required or try to create a PO via the creation transaction and note which data is required.

I'm sure someone has swapped the 'o' and 'u' keys around on this keyboard...
