Comp off Quota for OT hours in Negative Time Management


Our client follows negative time management. And OT is calculated manually and uploaded in one wage type. Now the requirement is, we have one leave type "Compensatory off" , if any employee is applying compensatory off system should check the OT balance.If emp has enough OT hours then only he/she is eligible to take the compensatory leave.

OT is uploaded manually on monthly basis and OT hrs should be deducted according to compensatory leave.

Please assist me to configure this requirement.

    We have 2 types of Time Types for Overtime: Paid Overtime and Banked Overtime.

    Banked Overtime is cumulated in an Absence Quota, and when the employee has enough hours in it, a Compensatory Absence can be entered (and it will be deducted from the Absence Quota), generating payment for that day (or half day).
