How to retrieve purchase order pricing fields into the form from me23 tcode

Hi,

I want to retrieve the condition values at the header level for a particular purchase order and display the same in the form. Infact I need to get the taxes from the Tcode ME23(po) >Header -> conditions

The taxes data must be displayed from the header Conditions tab.

Kindly help me with the same.
