Netweaver CM Services - Registration Error during creation of Development Configuration

Coming across below error on updating the SLD - CR content from 11. 0 to 13.0. Looking forward for a resolution

Similar error was reported with CM services as in the link "https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1658654"

Unable to save development configuration: Unable to register development configuration "TESTCNF" in landscape directory on "http://23.21.88.25:50000" using user "NWDI_CMSADM" [DICONF_REGISTERDEVCONF]: CIM_ERR_FAILED: [1002] Instance referenced in role Antecedent does not exist: Association class: SAP_CMSMaintainedConfiguration, Antecedent: SAP_ChangeManagementServer.CreationClassName="SAP_ChangeManagementServer",Name="MES_DIConf", Dependent: SAP_DesignTimeConfiguration.Name="TESTCNF".

Hi Naresh,

Remove old configurations from Development Infrastructure, if you updated CR_CONTENT recently. After this restart the SLD and try to create new development configuration.
