setting buffer for credit limit check

hi,

is it possible to set a buffer over and above the credit limit such that the orders will not be blocked if it crosses the credit limit until and unless it crosses the buffer too.

further is it possible to add a new field of buffer to FD32 screen. if possible, suggest how to do that.
