Hi.
I heard that PI 7.1 will be SAP's last release of its Process Integration platform in terms of enhancements.
Is this true?
Guys I know about PI 7.1 and the new functionality...thanks.
My question is wheter 7.1 will be the LAST PI enhancement release for Process Integration from SAP or will SAP release another one after 7.1

We cannot say this will be the latest as well as the last release of PI:)
Depends on customer feedback the product can be modified or change as well.
Small Example:
in PI 7.0, we cannot reuse UDF or validate the XML.
So in new release they added these functionality to make it more condusive.
Same can be appilicable of PI 7.1 if new features comes in future which can be embedded in new release:-)
Thanks

Yes.
Come 2008 and SAP would be gearing up to launch SAP PI 7.1
There are going to be lot of radical changes or improvements per se.
One of them is Advanced Adapter Engine, that would be as mammoth as the Integration Engine itself J but with an improved performance.
