event-driven kanban using mrp

Dear all

I work in a car parts manufacturing company. For some materials, we have 2 or 3 suppliers and I wanna use event-driven kanban with MRP. I have read SAP documentation before, but there are still some unanswered questions:

first: how can I include safety factor in event-driven kanban calculations? ( is there any customization)

second: which replenishment strategy I should maintain? (I also need quota arrangement to allocate the requirements to the vendors)

third: what happens if the vendor can not approve my requirement at that time? ( I want the system to allocate the requirement to the second vendor ( based on the Quota Rating))
