Authorisatoin Group Setting for F_BKPF_BUP

Hi,

Can anyone tell me exact setting for Authorisation Object F_BKPF_BUP as i have already added this object to the required role and than i have added same Object to T.code OB52 [Thru SU24] can anyone help me with step by step setting for Authorisation Group configuration.

Is there any additional setting wht i have to do?

As client requirement is to Past Periods shuold be open for some of the users.

    Most users will have a value for this setting.

    You need to assign them say "1"

    For your special users you need to assign say "2".

    In OB52 put the authorization value as 2 for the secons interval.

    Make sure in SUIM that you dont have any "*" in this authorization object otherwise the restriction wont work.

      Hi,

      Can anyone give me OB52 authorisation Object -F_BKPF_BUP step by step setting.

      As i have done all configuration it is not allowing to post in close period to user [i.e.setting in SU24 & PFCG].

      PLEASE URGEN HELP NEEDED.

      PLease provide full document giving step by step setting.
