In CR 2016 Label Text Rotation 90 deg showing text 0 deg at the Run time

In SAP CR 2016 SP 3

I rotated Column header I rotated the text to 90 deg (Vertical), but at the run time when I open report in IE11. its shows the text Horizontal only.

I am using

CrystalReportsSDK.jar under the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\lib folder.

I am previewing Crystal Report from the JAVA application by calling above jar file in a jsp page

<% import="com.crystaldecisions.report.web.viewer.*"%>

this works fine with Win2008/Oracle11g/BO 4.1 SP2 when upgraded to win2012/Oracle12g/BO 4.1 SP2 vertical labels shows into horizontal.

any font giving the same result. I used Times and Arial.

What SDK are you using?

Or are you previewing in BOE?

What font is used in the report?
