cannot see Dialog instance in MMC console (SAP management console)

Hi All,

I have installed NW server 04s on tdev03 machine and Dialog Instance on tdev04.

But when i see in Sap management console on tdev03 machine, I can see only Central instance (CI),central service instance(SCS) ,DB Instance but cannot see Dialog instance in this console. However I can see this dialog instance on tdev04.

What exactly I need that I should see entry on dialog instance in MMC console on tdev03 .

Hi,

Not sure if I understand your problem correctly.

1. Try re-register the service with sapstartsrv.exe to 'Uninstall Service + Unregister COM Interface', and then reinstall the service by:

'Install Service + Register COM Interface + Start Service'

2. Also, can you try menu option Console > Add/Remove Snap-in, in the MMC windows ?
