Recruitment questions

Hi All

I am having ” 2” important Questions to u plz reply briefly.

1. I am created recruitment instrument as press, internet etc,. but I am unable to

see my Recruitment instruments except FAZ only displaying. How to get displayed my Rec.instruments.

2. I am wanted to see all applicants’ details with applicant statuses how to get this view

What r the steps i use to follow.
