Web Service Message Monitoring A2X Trace: No trace details visible

Hello,

we have an A2X web service configured in C4C. The consumer of the service gets a validation error in the web service response.

In order to get more details on this we have activated "Start A2X Trace" in web service message monitoring and resent the web service request.

However there are no trace details visible even after the trace has been activated. Is there anything additional that needs to be activated or am I missing anything?

thank you. Yes, I know this blog and follow the steps there:

"Irrespective of the execution status, from 1708 release a new option “Start A2X Trace” is functional which will activate the tracing(30 minutes by default) for all synchronous communications(with external systems). After 30 minutes, the option will be automatically deactivated."

However I do not see any traces when resending the same synchronous web service request within the time frame of 30 minutes.

Dear Florian,

Yes it was an issue with C4C, now you should be able to see the logs in the UI, once you enable the A2X Trace.
