FTP Background

Hello Friends,

Can anyone please tell me ,

1] What will happen when a job for FTP transfer gets triggered when already the same name job is running in background i:e can I run two FTP transfer at the same time for the same Source and Destination and File names???

2]Is there any Authorizations required for running any FTP transfer.

3]Where can i find the FTP Commands??Can any one provide me the list of commands???
