retained earnings account list in p/l stmt

hi all,

i have created a retained earnings account using OB53 but i cant get it in P&L statmt acct type. previously there r 3 accts in it but now it is showing only 2 accts instead of showing 4 accts. plz help me...

hi Sravanthi...

when u are creating retained earnings account system will ask for Chart of accounts you hv to specify the chart of accounts in which u need to create retained earnings accounts....

after the above settings you can get those retained earnings accounts for compnay code which are using same chart of accounts...in which u created retained earnings accounts....

when u r entering OB53 system will promt for chart of accounts.....if it was not prompted you hv to edit -> change COA...
