Uploading an XSD

Hi ,

I need this file to import into the XI interface as an external definition. When i create an new external definition and click on the browse button to import , it opened up the file system for the server instead of my own presentation layer . How do i access this server and copy my XSD file to it, so that i can access it from the IR ?

Are you using Citrix MetaFrame or something Similar to access the SAP environment? That would explain what is happening.

What I have done in such cases is to write a small ABAP program that calls function module WS_FILE_UPLOAD (I think), to transfer the file from my PC to the server, then you will be able to upload it.
