How 0019 works?

Hello Folks,

While we maintain pending activities in 0019, any idea how do we get reminders?

Do we need to create dynamic action and trigger an e-mail?

Do we need to run monitoring of tasks report regularly to get an update.

Appreciate your inputs as to how 0019 exactly works.

IT0019 captures the reminder date. We can run report S_PH0_48000450 for getting the list of activites to be performed. For sending email, you need to write a report and use FM's like SO_OBJECT_SEND for sending a reminder.

and coming to ur query, monitoring of tasks it should be included in Dynamic actions, for that perticular employee IT 0019 should be maintained & also for the reporting officer to whom he is reporting.
