while creating 0FISCPER Hierarchy does not show all 0FISCYEAR Value

How do i fix the inconsistency issue of 0FISCYEAR master data value and SID and R table value ?, 0FISCYEAR MASTER DATA has the value until 2020, however Sid and R tables shows until 2010?,we have upgraded the BI from 3.X to 04s.

i have already ran RSRV - 'Consistency of the Time Dimension for All InfoCubes'.
