In the PA30 screen in personal data infotype Fem/ Male is appearing above how to hide the field?​

That looks like a Custom Configuration, because it is not lined up with the other fields.

Does it show up only on IT0002 or on many Infotypes?

First, through t-code spro, use the Standard IMG to access Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interfaces > Change Screen Header, look at your current configuration.

Then, use the Standard IMG to access Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing User Interfaces > Change Screen Modifications, look at your current configuration for Module Pool MP000200, and ask an ABAP programmer to look into it's code to see if some changes have been made to the standard MP000200 program (or it's Includes).

Its an custom field which is been maintained in T588J table, go to SM30, enter the table name on choosing the appropriate header modifier line item remove the infotype field 0002 GESCH Gender.
